- developing tailored questionnaires for electronic screening;
- candidate interviews;
- candidate testing;
- conducting reference checks;
- managing applicant intake and responding to candidate enquiries;
- developing and issuing letters of offer;
- managing and maintaining pools of candidates;
- considering and evaluating priorities; and
- providing advice on informal discussions or appointment complaints.
