Management Trainee Program
The Management Trainee Program (MTP) is the vehicle through which federal organizations can recruit post-secondary students at the master's level.
Up-front language training to CBC levels prepares candidates for the assignment portion of the program, which consists of four 12-month assignments.
Financial support may be provided for assignments with smaller departments and agencies.
