Consultation Services in the Regions

The Personnel Psychology Centre (PPC) has been offering, since the year 2000, consultation services in the regions. This expanded reach at the national level provides you with regional partners that are closer to you and ready to provide advice and expertise regarding any aspects related to your assessment needs. Custom assessment services to clients are on cost-recovery basis. Our consultants will:

• help you identify your assessment needs and provide advice on selection process planning and evaluation of competencies
• suggest services and tools to meet your needs
• describe the use and application of assessment instruments
• provide career (management/executive) development and other organizational development interventions (e.g., 360° feedback)
• develop competency profile and assessment of organizational competencies
• custom design selection tools for specific roles and competencies
• put you in contact with PPC professionals to respond to your specific request
• provide training (selection board members) regarding the use of certain assessment tools
• deliver smartshop/workshop regarding new or existing assessment services and products
