New Administration Manual for Paper and Pencil Tests
Effective March 23, 2010
Please note that the test administration manual for administering paper and pencil tests has been updated recently. The modifications include:
- New material addressing commonly asked questions such as “Can test takers leave early?”
- The addition of new Privacy, Unauthorized Disclosure of Test Content, and Cheating Statements
- The inclusion of a Checklist of Key Points to help remind administrators about important content in the manual
- The addition of completed answer sheets to show how the information is to be recorded
- General editing.
Both the administration manual that is currently used (June 30 2009) and the new version (March 23, 2010) will be posted at http://extranet.psc-cfp.gc.ca/ppc-cpp/admin_manuals/admin_manuals-eng.htm until March 22nd. The new manual is being made available now so that you may become familiar with its content before it is implemented on March 23rd, 2010. Please be sure NOT to use the new manual before then.
As of March 23rd,you will use the new manual and you should discard any copies of the old manual that you might have.
