The Personnel Psychology Centre (PPC) is available to provide expert advice to departmental hiring managers and human resources specialists on the use of assessment tools in the Federal Public Service for staffing or development purposes. Simulations are among PPC's most effective tests, providing rich and unique information on key competencies and flexibility for its administration, for selection or developmental purposes. You can choose to administer our simulations yourself or have our psychologists assist you by:
- providing you with more in-depth training on the use of our simulations
- tailoring our simulations to suit your individual HR needs
- participating as a member of your departmental assessment team to guide you in the administration and rating of simulations, as well as in the interpretation of candidate results
- coordinating and administering your simulation assessments on-site, at our Ottawa offices or your place of work
