The Personnel Psychology Centre (PPC) of the Public Service Commission of Canada is dedicated to helping hiring managers make effective human resource management decisions in the most cost-efficient manner.
The PPC offers a range of assessment products and services to federal government departments and agencies. PPC Services are complemented by a broader suite of staffing and assessment services offered by the PSC.
With over 40 years of experience, the PPC is known for the quality of its assessment products and for the degree to which they meet the requirements of merit, equity, fairness and transparency.
PPC staff are highly trained professionals who combine expertise in the personnel assessment field with broad experience in the public sector.
