Executive Counselling Services
Fee Structure
ECS is a cost-recovery service paid for by your employer. Our services are funded in two ways:
- If your department or agency has a Memorandum of Understanding MOU) with ECS, you may be eligible for a fixed amount of financial support for our services. In that case, you may call ECS at any time to set up an appointment.
- In the absence of an MOU, you will be required to complete a Billing Authorization Form and have it approved by your employer. You can download the form by clicking on Billing Authorization Form and fax it back to us at (613) 952-9758. Upon receipt of the completed and approved form, you will be contacted by an ECS representative to set up your first appointment.
The total cost of our services will depend on the nature and range of personalized services delivered. On average, the total fee for service to one client is approximately $3,000.
ECS charges the following fees for its individual services:
Assessment Services: Cost of assessment instruments (ranges from $20 to $250 per instrument) plus feedback session(s) at $260 per hour.
Career Development Planning: Cost of 360 Degrees feedback - Management/Leadership Competencies ($40/Questionnaire + $100 Individual Written Report) plus development session(s) at $260 per hour.
Coaching Services: $260 per hour/number of coaching sessions vary based on client needs.
Simulated Board Interviews: $1100 plus coaching session(s) at $260 per hour.
Career Challenges: $260 per hour/number of sessions vary based on client needs.
An automatic 1-hour charge is invoiced for any missed appointment (without notice or less than 24-hour notice). A missed or late-cancelled interview simulation will be charged at $1,100.
As each service is tailored to the individual client, total fees associated with our services vary. On average, the total cost ranges from $2000 to $3000 per client. Services are provided on a cost-recovery basis.
