Letters to Heads of Human Resources are the Public Service Commission's vehicle for communicating with human resources community including Heads of human resources, Chiefs of Staffing, human resources advisers and bargaining agents.
These letters cover a wide variety of topics about human resources in the federal government, everything from an invitation to an HR-related event to amendments to the standards for selection and assessment.
How often are they issued?
Letters are issued on an "as-needed" basis.
Who gets them?
Depending upon the subject matter, recipients are normally Heads of human resources units, Chiefs of Staffing, Union representatives and members of the Public Service Commission.
