This letter is to inform you of the 2012-2013 revised fee structure for Public Service Commission (PSC) products and services, including new offerings. We have also updated the Terms and Conditions (TAC) for PSC products and services.

The vast majority of our fees will remain unchanged in 2012-2013. The only increase is associated with some of our Identification of Paths to EX development (IPEX) bundles of services and represents an adjustment of $50. This amount incorporates last year’s increase to some of the tools used in IPEX.

We will now be offering half- and full-day seminars on assessment accommodation and on the Integrated Leadership Assessment Model. These seminars are essential to provide candidates, human resources (HR) specialists and hiring managers with the right tools and information to support effective HR decisions and career management. Given the proven success of these seminars, the PSC will be developing additional ones to add to this series to better support organizational HR capacity in other key areas.

Based on client demand, we have added the option of assessing five to seven competencies with the Candidate Achievement Record. In addition, for the Simulation Assessment services, we now offer the possibility of providing three assessors to support you.

To better serve you and meet your needs in a timely fashion, we have reviewed the TAC, which are posted on our Web site. Our commitment as of 2012-2013 will be the following:

  • “The fee structure provided in Annex C, Part 2, may be changed to adjust the prices of existing products and services at any time by the PSC with at least 90 days’ advance notice to the organization. The PSC will provide such notice to the organization by electronic mail, facsimile or registered mail.
  • New products and services will be made available to clients immediately, at the price that the PSC deems appropriate.”
