This letter is intended to inform you of the 2010-2011 revised fee structure for services and products.

Over the past months, we have been implementing internal efficiencies and, as a result, I am pleased to inform you that we will not be increasing our fees for 2010-2011. One change on the fee structure is the introduction of a new service under Staffing Services, Development of Electronic Screening Tool. A flat fee of $180 per process will be imposed and will take effect on June 1, 2010.

The Public Service Commission (PSC) continues to strive towards improving its services and products, while paying attention to the needs of our clients. We also have an obligation to review our fee structure on a regular basis to ensure that we recover our costs.

Early in 2010-2011, we will embark on a review of our fee structure. This will include extensive analysis and consultations with various stakeholders, including the human resources community. As a result, you may see overall increases in our fees for fiscal year 2011-2012. Our goal is to communicate any changes to the fee structure in the fall, giving departments and agencies ample time to plan.
